The Dickinson Recycling Center is managed by the Dickinson County Landfill Commission (DCLC) - which is a consortium made up of leadership from the cities of Arnolds Park, Milford, Lake Park, Okoboji, Orleans, Spirit Lake, Wahpeton, West Okoboji and Dickinson County. DCLC's mission is to assist the residents of Dickinson County with their recycling efforts by facility establishment for disposal of unique and difficult items.The Recycling Center is located 1/2 mile east of the intersection of 13th Street (A 34) and Hwy. 71, on 13th Street in Milford. Please note that we will be closed on the following days in 2009 for observance of major holidays:    May 23rd, July 3rd, July 4th, Sep. 5th, Nov. 26th & Nov. 27th
