The Dickinson Recycling Center is managed by the Dickinson County Landfill Commission (DCLC) - which is a consortium made up of leadership from the cities of Arnolds Park, Milford, Lake Park, Okoboji, Orleans, Spirit Lake, Wahpeton, West Okoboji and Dickinson County. DCLC's mission is to assist the residents of Dickinson County with their recycling efforts by facility establishment for disposal of unique and difficult items.The Recycling Center is located 1/2 mile east of the intersection of 13th Street (A 34) and Hwy. 71, on 13th Street in Milford. Tuesday thru Friday:    9 am to 7 pm     

Saturdays:        9 am to 1 pm

Please note that the following days will conflict with our hours of operation in 2012 because of  major holidays so therefore we will be closed on: July 4th, Nov. 22nd & 23rd.
